Refund policy

At Honour Candle Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our items, we cannot offer exchanges or general refunds.

Refunds for Damaged Items
We can only offer refunds for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Email us at info@honourcandleco.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
  3. We will respond with the next steps for processing your refund.
